We only offer Private Lessons for those with Specific Needs. Our Beginner and Intermediate lessons are a 3 to 1 Instructor student ratio.
No refund will be given in case of booking cancellation or no-show. If you wish to reschedule/transfer to another Course, you must do so at least 48 hours before the first day of class or you will lose your deposit.
Unfortunately we do not.
We teach ages 6 months to 99 years. Under 2 years may need an adult to accompany them in the pool.
Yes, we provide an outside showers for rinsing off before and after lessons.

Please bring your swimsuit, towel and a hair tie / swim cap for longer hair. If child is not potty-trained, a swim diaper AND diaper cover are required.
No, a good swim foundation is created without the aid of goggles. Once a child reaches our Advanced Level they may use goggles.
No, there are no make ups. However we do give RSL credit for classes missed due to illness. Class days and times are set and unable to be rescheduled. This is to disruptive to the children in the other classes.
Yes, we heat our Indoor pool to 90 Degrees and our Outdoor 25 Meter pool to 84 degrees.
Yes, we are already wet. As long as there is no lightning or thunder, it is safe to swim.
Yes, For our outdoor pool you can apply sunblock to your child. We ask that you do so 30 minutes prior to entering the pool. If your lesson is in our indoor pool there is no need.
An adult must be present at all times during the swim lesson. We encourage parents and other family members to stay and watch the progress .
Yes, we offer weekend classes. They are Saturday and Sunday for four straight weekends. Check our booking page for dates and times.
Yes, we do accept credit cards, however, we do not accept checks.
Of course! All of our instructors have experience teaching, motivating, and instilling self confidence. Please call for more information and to book your class.
